We have a particular query that generally takes a long time to run in database view, which of course ties up your screen. Great to be able to just let it run in the background!

@Crystal Bruce Wow - finally found the export tab in the options field in my query. Definitely a time saver. My only concern was that it exported each person according to multiple constituencies so I guess I have to tinker with the export &/or output options.

@Crystal Bruce this saves so much time. In Database View I have to navigate to my OneDrive folder which can take ages sometimes. Web View query exports are just so quick. I often don't want to have to save the file, just compare the data in it with another spreadsheet. This saves me having saved lots of additional files that I only need as a once off.

With this capability, I can find my exports much more quickly & easily! No more searching through folders to find where it needs to be saved. Just download and drop it into the correct folder!

@Crystal Bruce I unfortunately do not have permissions to export yet, as I am newer to the organization, but from what I have read this will be much more user friendly than the extra steps needed in database view.

Didn't have to search for the folder I wanted the export to live in, process was quicker, though I did not have an opportunity to change the file name

@Crystal Bruce The web view export has made it so much easier and faster than the database/7 method. Being able to simply click “export” and not having to navigate to where you want to export to every time is a significant user experience improvement. And naming the file after export is a little easier too.
