Hello everyone!
My name is Kathleen Helal and I have been a project manager at The Nature Conservancy since June 2013. We are mid-implementation of Blackbaud CRM (fun times!) I joined the Conservancy after working in professional services at Blackbaud for over 10 years. So I may have crossed paths with some of you over the years when I was consulting on BBCRM and The Raiser's Edge projects.
My primary role at TNC is to keep the project team moving forward toward the finish line. We are applying Agile/Scrum to our implementation and I play the role of ScrumMaster. The best part of my job is working for an organization with a mission that I care about. It's also a lot more fun to be a Blackbaud client!
