I am interested in continuing to evolve this platform to further meet my organization's needs, which I am hoping will provide a better product for others.

I am also interested in working with other organizations to hear about how they use certain functionality to identify if there are opportunities to increase efficiencies in our implementation.

What is the best part of your job? Introducing a new platform to Federations across the US, interacting with new contacts and travel.

Fun fact : Don't travel to Charleston if there is a chance of snow, otherwise nice place to visit.

  • Caroline Barnes:

    Caroline Barnes

Enterprise Community Manager for Blackbaud CRM - Embarking on my 4th year working on the CRM Support team.  Before that, I spent two years in support for The Raiser's Edge.

Areas of focus in CRM?  Ask me anything about security and web dashboards!  Really though, my focus has always been improving our resources for CRM, and making the Blackbaud experience a positive, collaborative one for all of our users.

The best part of my job is getting to know CRM users - what you all do, how you use the database...and helping you solve your CRM problems and answer your questions.  I've learned so much from you all!

Fun fact - in my spare time, I do a lot of local theatre in Charleston - I got hooked into the nonprofit world by helping to form a nonprofit theatre company back in college!

I need to get unsubscribed from this list...but the system isn't recognizing any of my emails...can you help? thanks
