Problems with test messages getting to certain staff

We have a staff member who never receives our test messages. I have confirmed that she has not opted out, they are not getting blocked by our server, they are not going to junk mail...what next?

It is in the text email box. No one else is having a problem getting them.

If others are getting the test emails, the next step is to make sure Luminate/Convio is white listed. Here is guidance for doing that http://community.convio.com/t5/Luminate-Online/Why-Can-t-I-Receive-Test-Emails-From-Convio-How-Do-I-Get-My-IT/m-p/19477/highlight/true#M8540

If you've already completed this step or do it and she still isn't getting test emails, please log a case with Support.
