The registration form was easy to set up and use. I liked the option to click the ‘cannot attend’ box and still make a donation, very helpful!

  • @Crystal Bruce The ability to see an event’s group, add an event’s location, and mark an event as inactive has really transformed the event management experience in webview! The map that is included in the details tile is a nice touch!

  • @Crystal Bruce I love how quick it is to set up. You could spend lots of time customizing, or you could use the default settings and be ready to go in minutes.

  • @Crystal Bruce
copying details from previous events - adding details that we track for metrics (campaign, appeals, etc.)

  • @Crystal Bruce The efficiency came from even being able to do it! I have been able to empower key staff to take the reigns creating cultivation, stewardship and fundraising events.

  • @Crystal Bruce
The webview layout makes navigating and setting up the event quick and simple. Less jumping from tab to tab.

  • @Crystal Bruce We normally use a third party app for creating registration forms for events. But I can definitely see the power of using the forms right in NXT since it updates the event record.

  • @Crystal Bruce reporting on attendees easily and for others to easily see

  • @Crystal Bruce We're fairly new to utilizing the events module. So far being able to quickly pull a list of registrations, without digging through and making sure that spreadsheets are updated is the most efficiency upgrade I can quickly point out.

  • @Crystal Bruce the ability to add registration AND other fees. creates flexibility. allows us to tie data to constituents.

  • @Crystal Bruce Tracking participants and sponsorships is a huge plus. I also like that everything can be kept in one location - advertising, expenses, attendees, registration forms. It will make planning next year's event much easier.

  • @Crystal Bruce, can't do this since my events team uses a different platform. :( They won't come into RE.

  • @Crystal Bruce being able to see registrations, sponsorships, and donations all together has made it easier to track everything!

  • @Crystal Bruce

Being able to close registrations on a specific date as well as limit capacity, means that we don't have to keep checking the registrations so often to make sure we aren't oversubscribed.

  • @Crystal Bruce ability for sponsors to pay on-line through the event, and having everything in one place

  • @Crystal Bruce we utilize the events feature for our annual golf tournament. Giving teams and companies the opportunity to register their teams, provide player information and collect fees for sponsorships all in one place is extremely helpful. The only feature I would like to see is the capability to design the form with images and other visual effects to make the form stand out when it is featured on it's own webpage.

  • @Crystal Bruce the ability to collect fees and provide team information.

  • @Crystal Bruce
We run an annual fundraising event and being able to copy registrant options from other/past events is a huge time saver!

  • @Crystal Bruce similar UX as online donation form. pretty simple to use
