best /recommended products to use for ticketing accessories/scanners/printers?

Hello! We are a new museum (being literally built from the ground up) that will be using Altru as its POS system for ticketing and in the museum store etc. I noticed that the printer that BB recommends is currently discontinued--and wondered what other large museum are using for printing tickets with a bar code? There are also so MANY bar code scanner models and cash drawer models (connected to the printer function). I'd love model numbers etc. for things tried and true, that are DURABLE, and a great value in the museum's opinion for the cost. Would anyone be willing to share what hardware gadgets they are using?     @Kristy Peterson Here's what we've used as a receipt printer for a couple of years: Epson TM-T20II Direct Thermal Printer USB—Monochrome—Desktop—Receipt Print C31CD52062. It can be found on Amazon and is reasonably priced. We don't print physical tickets anymore, as e-tickets have replaced them. We use 2D barcode scanners for them to read off mobile devices, no particular brand, and most work well. If you're using Altru as your POS, I might be able to get some tips for you from our Shop, as they use Altru as their POS.
