Field Auto fill

Options
I've recently added a number of appeals and whereas before if in a batch you started typing the appeal description it would autofill with the full description, this now doesn't happen. As soon as you open the search box, it is the only appeal listed so I know it's not that several appeals have too similar a title. Does anyone know how to get RE to autofill again as it saves a considerable amount of time on large batches using multiple appeals.

Ta!

What version of RE are you running.  We're on 7.93 and it works fine here.

  • Is it possible you changed your user options for appeals from ID to Description or vice versa? If so - I think it may be auto-looking up the wrong field... maybe.

When you added the new appeal -- did you set it to be the default appeal?  You would do that on the Funds tab of the Appeal set up.

No I didn't make it a default as we have a dozen or so appeals linked to a fund code. Thanks

I don't think so but I will go check just in case I was having a dozy moment!

  • Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue.
