Our entry page has no link to "get started"

We've finished configuring all the parts of our TeamRaiser, but when we go to the entry page the text that says "Get started now" has no link. What are we missing? The page is https://secure.cbf.org/site/TR?fr_id=1060&pg=entry

    I'm going to change that question -- I went to Customize Pages/Configure Greeting and removed that text. Now, looking further down that configuration page, there is content for the various buttons. But it's clear none of them are active. Where do I go to select which buttons are to be active? The only one I want is "Register as an Individual."

    If you edit the TeamRaiser and look at step 16, is the event set to accept registrations? First thought is that those buttons should be missing if registration isn't available.

    Have you looked at the code for the Page Builder that relates to the section of your page? The link may be missing from there.
