Hard Bounces

Does Convio remove email addresses that come back as hard bounces or when an individual wants to opt out of the program.  Also, I know how to generate a hard bounce report but how do I pull an opt out report?

Records are never automatically removed from the system for historical purposes - ie: giving history and statistics. When an email is marked as a hard bounce or a person unsubscribes, the records are marked so they never receive email again.
