Does Convio remove email addresses that come back as hard bounces or when an individual wants to opt out of the program. Also, I know how to generate a hard bounce report but how do I pull an opt out report?
Forgive me if I've missed this, but did we get the analytics report of the pilot progress? I remember voting on it during one of our past meetings whether to include all the Clubs or to keep them separate, and wonder if it was sent already? Thank you!
