    We are sorting through our complete list of contacts and need a little clarification, if you can.

    We know we will not/should not use any addresses that have "Opted Out"

    Under the "Email Status" column, what do we do with the emails that have a status of "Unknown" but are NOT considered a hard or soft bounce? Is this a tiered system where they eventually become a hard bounce after a certain number of emails?

    I'm just looking for a definition of the different options under the "email status" column so that we can start with the most accurate list as possible. What is your suggestion?

    Good question!

    When the email status says unknown, that means one of two things. Either #1, an email hasn't been sent to the user yet so the system doesn't know their status or #2 they have been emailed, but they didn't open the email so the system doesn't know the status of their email. In either case you should consider this an email to send communication to.

    I am working to get all of our infomation downloaded prior to June 1st.    Today, my site says "password expires in one day", but if I click on 'change password', I get an error field.   I had planned to spend Friday working on this and am concerned that I may not be able to get in?  Please let me know?  Thanks!
