Even if you're leaving the program, you can still continue to use your merchant account. Here is a thread with that information. http://community.customer.convio.com/thread/5514?tstart=0

Please keep in mind that your donation page, contact us form and registration page will stop working at the conclusion of the program so you should have new pages in place before the deadline.

Hello Danielle,

I see that Sun Trust is the Merchant Account that we established but I do not think they are the payment gateway -- at least that was the response when I contacted them this week.  Do you happen to know who we use as payment gateway?

Hi John - On the Convio platform we use our own gateway so you can't contact the gateway to set it up for the Club, it's done through Convio which will no longer work at the end of the program. You can, however take your merchant account and use that when you set up a new donation page with another gateway provider. We'll talk about this more on the graduation call in case folks have questions.
