Turn off merchant copy of receipts

Since we have started using the BBPOS WisePOS E payment terminals, we do not require customer signatures. Our receipts are still printing the merchant copy for a signature which we just crumple and throw out, a huge waste of receipt paper! Configuration of receipts is not something I am very familiar with and I'm not finding clear instructions on how I would turn off the merchant copy of receipts. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
