Printed cover letters do not fit into an windowed envelope

Has anyone else had problems printing cover letters for student thank you to send to donors? I added the address block at the top of the letter, but when I tri-folded the printed letter as normal, the address bar did not line up with a standard window envelope. This means I'll have to hand-fold all the letters.

The cover letter is a standard template, so I can not get the address block higher up the page.
