@Crystal Bruce Creating a list of participants/invited/attended. Makes stewardship and response management much easier.

  • @Crystal Bruce Copy Participant Options from another event. Is a great first step when you have essentially the same event multiple times a year. (Would be great to be able to copy an entire event.)

The event summary page is great. As @Dariel Dixon mentioned you can click right into a variety of areas and see those specific constituents and if you want to make a constituent list to see further information it is literally the Click of a button.

  • @Crystal Bruce The ease of working with and adding participants. Super easy.

  • @Crystal Bruce
I like the ability to create a variety of fees associated with the event.

  • @Crystal Bruce I love the ease of adding participants and this year for the first time we are testing out the registration form functionality and set up of those for our website was very easy.

  • @Crystal Bruce I like the overall look/ease of events in webview and the ability to track people who we're invited and can't attend within the online registration form.

  • @Crystal Bruce
Being able to work with participants attending to help plan who the fundraisers need to be sure to connect with at the event. Being able to create a constituent list from the event participants so we can view fundraiser assignments and ensure we get everyone appropriately assigned prior so fundraisers know who is connecting with who.

  • @Crystal Bruce We love participant options. It helps us track all sorts of donor needs and plans in one place!

  • @Crystal Bruce my favorite capability is the overview page. Being able to view everything about the event and the registrants in one place on one page is extremely helpful.

  • @Crystal Bruce My favorite NXT event capability is that my org's fundraisers can easily find which events a constituent attended while in the constituent's record.

  • @Crystal Bruce @Crystal Bruce My favorite event capability in NXT is the ability to set up multiple registration fees to feed the online event registration form.

  • @Crystal Bruce It's so easy to add participants from a saved list.

    @Crystal Bruce
Favorite: Non-registration fee, this is new and good.

If we can also say what will be great as improvement: CFAP (campaign, fund, appeal, package) specified PER fee.

  • @Crystal Bruce
My favorite event capability is HIDING the $0.00 fee for free events. No need to even show that to the registrants!

  • @Crystal Bruce I enjoy the overview. Being able to look at participants and guests overall and being able to see an overview of all the online registration forms attached to the event at a glance.

@Crystal Bruce The participants tile is great - being able to see and work with the participant records or pull a quick list. It would be helpful if more columns were available when pulling the list.

  • @Crystal Bruce Adding participants from saved list/s. Creating and exporting list/s of attendees/registrants.

  • @Crystal Bruce
Copy participant from another event is my favourite ?

@Crystal Bruce - The flexibility of the event form, with the ability to accept RSVP declines. Agree with others about the summary page - appreciate easy access to quick numbers with the ability to deep-dive into a participant list if needed.

  • @Crystal Bruce
Love the variety of options you can use - different ‘fees’ with different limits, participant options - we use for meeting times within the same day event, dietaries, accessibility, sport selections! Also love the overview and the look of the forms on our website. Would love Decline to be more useful - give decline reasons and a decline confirmation email. At the moment we set up a separate decline form with a decline fee to allow for participant options selection for decline reasons and an appropriate decline email .

  • @Crystal Bruce, I really like that you can accept declined invitations and that check-in at the event is easy. I also like that with a few clicks, you can create lists of the attendees or RSVPs that were no-shows to make follow-up much more effortless.

  • @Crystal Bruce I have been managing events in NXT since it first became available and love that it is continuously improving! The addition of allowing invitees to decline is one of my favorites!

  • @Crystal Bruce I like the ability to add customized Participant Options.

  • @Crystal Bruce I like the additional features and design capabilities.

@Crystal Bruce I love that registrants can now decline RSVPs. I also appreciate the expense tracking and ability to add attachments on the event main page.

  • @Crystal Bruce We began using Events in the fall, and I have found it to be very useful, especially online registrations. One thing I am struggling with now is developing an annual sponsorship form. We have three sponsorship levels but also allow our donors to pick options ala carte. If I set them up as fees, the form becomes way too long. I would like the ability to include a registration fee that allows for selecting other options that would appear only when that registration fee is selected. Hope that makes sense…

  • @Crystal Bruce I love the event registration forms. Really easy to use. Only downside of participants being able to decline the invite is they get the same message that goes to those who accept.

  • @Crystal Bruce
I really like the participant information tile - it makes it really simple to see a breakdown of how many folks have been invited vs have RSVP's and how many are existing constituents or new (to our system).
