Compiled Resources for BBSM Standalone Users

Hello Everyone!

I know there are limited resources for those of us who use the Stewardship Standalone product, so I thought it would be helpful to share the knowledge I have compiled during my process for our institution this year. This was my first year using the system and I recognize that our Leadership Team asks for special requests*; please modify these documents so that they reflect your Scholarship Stewardship process.

* Including: publishing recipients before collecting impact statements; multiple steps of content approval; institutional emails prior to BBSM system emails; etc.

The first page of .PPTX file is a flowchart that helps show what steps can be completed simultaneously and which have prerequisites. The second page is a deadline chart that did not need to be included on the overall process page.

The .DOCX file is the supplemental document that houses all the “how to” steps for each part of the BBSM process. It also includes some helpful “housekeeping || 411" as well as links to the online resources that Blackbaud Customer Chat personnel provided.

I hope you find these documents to be a good starting point for your Stewardship Team. I intend to update these files again next Winter, after our next use of the system.
