Once-off and recurring payments with PayPal

Hey guys hope someone can help me with this:
Here’s the summary of the issue with PayPal:

Our site supports both one-time and recurring donations. However, when using the same payment configuration for both types, I haven’t found a way to disable PayPal specifically for recurring donations.

My proposed solution is to create separate payment configurations: one for one-time donations and another for recurring donations. I would then pass this payment configuration to the Blackbaud Payment Modal.

Is this the best approach, or is there a field or parameter I might be overlooking in the documentation that allows me to disable PayPal for recurring donations?

Hi @Brenten Sharp

BBMS does not currently support recurring payments with PayPal, so it will not be displayed in Blackbaud Checkout for recurring payments where you are tokenizing the card.
