Online Giving

Hi Everyone, I don't see much chatter here about Online Giving forms. We finally figured it out yesterday. When I was setting it up, I could map Venmo and Paypal payments but they are not showing up as check-out options. Does anyone know if they work with Altru Online Giving and if it is worth the time to research how to set it up or if it is currently not available.

Also, does anyone have a favorite resource for setting up Online Giving forms specifically for Altru (not a video) and would like to share?

@Tamara Christensen I don't have an answer about PayPal and Venmo. I was wondering if you knew how to set up the Reason Codes.

@Tami Goertzen I do! Go to Revenue, then under Configuration Menu, click on Reason Codes. Then click on the Reason Codes tab. You can add codes there. I'm not sure what the codes should be? But I made some up and then I went back to the Online Giving setup and added them in.

I'm also working on setting up Apple Pay, but I'm still getting this error even though my website person has added the codes to our site:

Apple Pay will work with the Hosted URL link, but not the Hyperlinks which we would really like it there also.

@Tamara Christensen Thanks! I couldn't find where to add the Reason Codes in Altru, but I found it under Constituents.
