Help printing constituent report

Options

I need help!  My hfb ecard went out on Tuesday and when checking the report it shows it only went to 133 people.  Since our initial upload in the Go program we have added many new names and our list is now up to 250 names.  I am still using Mailchimp for my weekly highlights and a lot of these names can be duplicates between the two lists.  I need to know how to download the list and print it to compare.  Should I just upload the list from Mailchimp and remove the duplicates?  I will need to resend the Kickoff message to all constituents that did not receive it the first time.  Also, on my website when new users sign up to receive the weekly highlights I need that to actually go to the mailchimp account as I had it set up previously until we are ready to use the Go program's enews.  I appreciate any help and feedback.

  • Sure thing... the report you can pull to view the list of recipients for a delivery is called the Delivery Recipient Report.

navigate to Email --> Email Campaigns --> click on the Campaigns tab --> Click "Manage" link next to the HFB email campaign --> click on the "Deliveries" tab --> then click the "Review" link next to the delivery --> then on the left side navigation there is a link to run the "Delivery Recipient Report".  When you click to run that report it will immediately queue the report and then you'll need to refresh that report results screen until it finishes running.  Eventually there will be a view link and a download link which you can use to pull the list of contacts taht received that delivery.

Regarding the number of contacts that received the message -- one important thing to look at is the number of "usable" contacts that are on your housefile.  You can quickly spot check this by navigating to "Constituent360 --> Groups --> then click the group named "Any Registered User" and that will take you to the summary tab for that group.  You can use the "Refresh summary" link on that page to update the quick summary of contacts that are on your housefile.  The total number will show total # of contacts and then you can see the breakdown of # of hard bounces (not valid emails) and the # of unsubscribes.  The # of valid emails is the "usable" portion of the housefile.

    Hope this helps explain,

I was able to print the "usable group".  I see I need to do an export.  I know you went over that in a recent call.  I'll have to go back through the last couple of calls to see how to import the new group.  Once that is completed, will it show me duplicates?  I saw a few duplicates on the current "usable group".
