  • @Crystal Bruce just got off the Product Update Briefing for JustGiving. Our Foundation has not linked our two accounts together yet. We are looking forward to updating and getting started. We are also looking forward to the In Memory Fundraising :Tributes that have a more sensitive page creation flow. It is a wonderful way to Highlight a persons memorial and be able to share.

I learned that I want to be sure to pay attention and participate when more of these happen in the future! I was VERY intrigued by yesterday's announcement of dates for full implementation of web view rollouts. I am curious to learn more about participation in the test groups doing the pre rollout/use of products.

I'm excited to see the Query and Report modules are finally making their way over to NXT. I'm also happy to see BB cleaned up the Gift Type vs Gift Subtype discrepancies (I must have missed that update). In addition to moving everything over to a single view, I love that this has forced some cleanup to happen along the way.

But above all else, the roadmap was the most helpful element shared at this briefing. Knowing what Blackbaud's timeline looks like (even if it changes) helps me to convey to my team what they can expect to see in the coming months/years. Thanks for all the updates, BB!

  • @Crystal Bruce The section I am most interested in is the new checkout experience. These updates are listed as ‘Next Up’ - could you tell me when these changes are expected to take effect? I'm also wondering if these changes will require updates to any custom wrappers we have created for Blackbaud checkout.
