Does anyone know whether donors will get an email confirmation/e-receipt when each recurring payment is processed? or is there just one e-receipt sent when the recurring transaction is setup?

    @Mike Pasqua are you processing your recurring gifts through OLX or webview of NXT? I know that in OLX/database view the donor only receives a receipt at the time the recurring gift intention is made. They do not automatically receive an email receipt for subsequent transactions.

    I don't think webview/NXT recurring gifts send one either, but since I don't use that functionality I can't say for sure.

    Our process is to send out a statement in January to all our recurring donors providing them with a statement of all their transactions for the year for their records. It is a nice opportunity for a stewardship touch.
