For the upcoming 4.0 release, we’ve built a secure, http-based method to access Blackbaud CRM data in 3rd party reporting and analytic tools like Excel and Tableau. It's built on OData, a standardized protocol for creating and consuming data APIs, and we demoed it at the most recent Blackbaud CRM Quarterly Roadmap Review.

 

We're looing for Blackbaud CRM users to test the new OData feeds that'll be available with every query in Blackbaud CRM, to identify any modifications we can make ahead of the 4.0 release. 

 

Target users would be those who today export CRM query results into a 3rd party tool for creating reports and dashboards or analyzing data.

    UPDATE:

    Blackbaud CRM query OData feeds were released with v4.0, so we've concluded user testing.

     

    As your organization adopts v4.0 and begins using the OData feeds, feel free to reply to this thread or contact me directly with feedback on the new feature and how you're taking advantage of it.
