Credit Card Updater in Blackbaud CRM

Blackbaud plans to add the Credit Card Updater service to Blackbaud CRM in 2015. This service will ensure donor credit card information stays up to date in Blackbaud CRM, reducing lost revenue and saving hours of research, phone calls, and data entry.

 

Credit Card Updater will be made available through Blackbaud Merchant Services, for cards issued in the United States (MasterCard, Visa, Discover) and Canada (MasterCard).

 

We’re at a point in the R&D cycle where we could benefit from customer input, and are looking to speak with individuals responsible for credit card processing in Blackbaud CRM. In these 30-minute WebEx sessions, individuals will deliver insights into their organization’s current processes and test prototype solutions.
