Blackbaud's Executive Leadership Virtual Town Hall - March 28, 2014

On March 28^th our new president and chief executive officer, Mike Gianoni, joined other members of the Blackbaud leadership team to participate in a virtual Town Hall.  Mike shared with attendees his insights and observations since joining the company, along with a general business update.  Joining Mike on the panel was Joe Moye, president of the Enterprise Business Unit,  Richard Becker, president, Target Analytics and Tiffany Crumpton, director, solutions management and business strategy.  The event was moderated by Ryan Scapellato, senior manager, Customer Experience, and offered an open forum to listen and respond to customer questions.  Topics included: information delivery management, data analytics, product investment direction, operational updates and focus areas for 2014.
