Why is the CVV Code required when updating a Sustaining Gift? Is this a newer feature?

    Dana,

     

    I was told that this is an SDP called PAYMENT_CARD_VERIFICATION. You can set this to force a CVV change or not. If you don't think you ever had this on before but it is now then either someone turned it on by mistake or something else. If you think it was "something else" I was told to advise you to open a Support case so they can investigate why it changed on you.
