Just a note to let you know what's coming up for your maintenance education as CSPs on Common Ground.  Both session will be required as a part of your ongoing maintenence for your authorization. 

 

CG Payment Processors

In May, we will invite you to a live CSP-only webinar on the topic of Payment Processors.  Common Ground now integrates with Network for Good, PayPal and IATS - all of which have different offerings to our mutual clients.  Come learn them all!

 

As always, the May webinar will be recorded and available for later viewing via the Partner LearnCenter.

 

 

CG Client Onboarding Experience

In June, we will post a CSP-only recorded training about all the things that happen at Convio when a client purchases Common Ground:

  • What is the process for wrapping up of the Sales Process?
  • How and when does the CSP engage when a prospect becomes a client?
  • What kind of welcome communications go out to a new client?
  • How does a new client get their log-in information?
  • What help does a client get with the Salesforce product donation process?  What should happen when?

We will email you when this training is posted and you will be able to view it via the Partner LearnCenter.

 

 

There will be continuing authorization exam questions for all of these maintenance webinars, so take good notes!
