Client experience: New scheduling page for Common Ground Welcomes

We are now giving Common Ground Closed-Won clients a Welcome Call scheduling link in their welcome email.  (See example in bold below.)   This new scheduler reduces the possibility of delaying a welcome or activation of Common Ground due to the frailties of tracking “who’s scheduled a welcome” in one person's email inbox – and it will make it easier for us to cover Welcome Wagon should the regular “wagon driver” not be available.  Because this makes use of “Go To Training” technology, it also allows a client who has just completed a Welcome Call to give us instant feedback about it.

 

Feel free to follow the link below to see the scheduling page, but please don’t register for a session, since the attendance at each session is limited to just one person.  This is to avoid two different clients from booking the same time slot for a Welcome Call.  If a client really wants two attendees from one organization to be on the call, I can allow that manually case-by-case with very little trouble.
