Partner Portal Users Guide

Authorized CSPs are granted access to the Convio Partner Portal after the CSP Agreement has been signed as a part of their Welcome Kit.  The Portal utilizes Salesforce Partner Portal functionality to share information on projects with Convio clients.  CSPs are granted one seat per company, which is usually shared login between the project managers at the CSP.  Additional seats can be purchased from Convio.
