CSP TeamRaiser Authorization Overview

We are happy to announce a new authorization now available to Partners authorized in the Convio Solution Provider Program for Luminate TeamRaiser!   

 

Requirements to Participate

In order for a firm to become authorized on TeamRaiser, the firm first must obtain their CSP Authorization for Luminate Online.  In addition, individuals that wish to pursue authorization must already be authorized on Luminate Online.  The Online authorization contains core fundamentals about the Luminate solution that are required as a basis for understanding before proceeding to the TeamRaiser-specific curriculum. 

 

Training Curriculum

The training will encompass Product Fundamentals, Advanced Configuration Topics and Implementation & Scoping.  Unlike other CSP curriculums, there is no differentiation in the requirements for Consultant and Technical Specialists – all training is required.  There is an exam following the courses.  All courses and the exam are held online on-demand in the Partner LearnCenter.

Availability & Requesting Access

The training is available for CSPs to start taking the coursework as of July 30, 2012.  There are no additional costs to your firm to take the TeamRaiser training or become authorized, but there will be a CSP Agreement Amendment that will be signed once authorization is achieved. 

 

If you have team members that you would like to take the training, please submit their name and email address to PartnerProgram@convio.com with the subject line “TeamRaiser Authorization Training”.   The team members will be notified via email once they are granted access with instructions on accessing the training.   If you have questions on which of your team members are already authorized on Luminate Online before requesting access to the TeamRaiser training, you can email PartnerProgram@convio.com and we are happy to provide you a list of your team members authorizations.      

 

Ongoing Maintenance of Authorization

There are requirements to keep up to date with information on TeamRaiser with the Luminate product releases.  These trainings will be made available to authorized individuals within the Partner LearnCenter and will be notified as new trainings are added.
