TeamRaiser - Multiple Registration Help

Hey there, 

 

I'm working with a client on a kid-based TeamRaiser event. So parents would be registering their kids and helping with configuration of the Personal Page. (Adults are not participating.)

 

When Multiple Registration is enabled, how does the secondary registrant access their Participant Centre?

 

The client enforces unique email address in their instance of Convio.

    So if I understand the issue you have one parent who would be registering multiple kids but using her one email address for registration, correct?

     

    If this is the case the client will either have to turn off unique email enforcement or the parent will have to create an email the other kid. That's the only thing I can think of to get around this since the email address is the primary record indicator.
