Customer Communication regarding RE/LO Integration:

 

The Raiser’s Edge and Luminate Online Integration was released February 6, 2014.

Review the following before you download and install The Raiser’s Edge and Luminate Online Integration:

• You need to currently be on version 1.1.6 of the integration in order to update to 1.1.7. Contact Support to update.
• In order to use the RE/LO integration, your Raiser’s Edge database should be on version 7.93.5782 or above.

• If we host The Raiser's Edge, you do not need to install this update, it has been applied on our servers.
