Help! Cannot link e-card to donation form

I am trying to figure out if my issue is with my e-card or my donation form. I can select my ecard on other forms but of course not on the form i need it on. Any help would be greatly appreciated before I pull my hair out, thanks!

 

I am trying to have this donation form (Campaigns >  2012 Holiday Gifts of Compassion >  Gift of Compassion - Horse Care > Donation Form) have only this e-card as a possible selection for tribute gifts but it will not let me select it. I can select this ecard on other foms and I can select other ecards for this form?!? I have six more variations of forms/ecards that I will be setting up so I would love to know where my error is. The ecard is: Gift of Compassion, Horse Care Layout ID: 3262.

So you are in the data element for the ecard and it's not showing you this ecard as an option? If yes, can you tell me if your security category for this form is different from the other forms or the ecard you want to select?

It is showing this card as an option, however whenever I select it and hit save it unselects it.

Can you tell me which form this is and which campaign? The form data isn't in the URL in your screenshot.

I'm not sure what was wrong with that Stationary. It seems like something happened to it in the saving process. I made a copy of it with "v2" and was able to add it. You can go ahead and delete that other one if it's not being used anywhere.

Thanks so much ! I was going nuts and wasting a lot of time try to determine if it was an issue with the fom or the stationery..

Unfortunately I am now having issues on the next one I set up and I copied the e-card off of you v2. It is not letting me choose any e-cards now even the v2. I hate to delete all of my donation forms as they are all customized...any thoughts?

Can I unpublish the general form or one of them? I'm trying to add an ecard and it's telling me that I'm not picking one. I'm thinking we may need to escalate to Support but I want to do this one test really quick.

I've never seen this before but I unpublished your general form really quick and went in and added ecards and it worked. I set everything back and re-published the form but it looks like that will allow you to choose your ecards.

Thanks for your help but I just went ahead and re-did all of my donation forms so it now works. I have no clue what is going on...tight deadline so of course weird things happen!
