Our Executive Director was asking about mobile activity...is it possible to determine which donations are made via mobile devices? Also, is there a way to see if a person started to make a donation and then decided to stop the process at a certain point in the form?

    1st Question: Is it possible to determine which donations are made via a mobile device? There isn't an easy way to do this in Luminate, but there are ways to track mobile usage with Google Analytics.



    2nd Question: Yes, you can track donation form abandonment if you enable Google Analytics on your site.



    We'll go over some of this on the call on March 28. Certain techniques are more advanced, but you can accomplish some of the tracking you're asking about with Google Analytics.
