Targets with deliverability issues

Well, since I made the suggestion yesterday, I'll start this thread! I thought it would be helpful if folks could share targets that have known deliverability issues. For instance, Heather from EDF mentioned that the EPA docket email address was failing.
In the last week, I've been getting "brushback" emails from Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton, stating messages sent to the email address that Luminate Online has on file are not being read. I just opened a case asking them to switch to his webform. I'll let you know when the update has been made.

This turned out to be trickier than anticipated. It turns out Governor Dayton's webform had a new required field that was triggering the email messages; the support & advocacy folks have it working again.0

We are currently having trouble with messages to Senator Cochran not going through. I've opened a case with support, but just a heads up in case anyone else is targeting him for anything. And if anyone has any insight on this, would love to connect!

A coalition partner using Salesforce said that the White House has a new captcha that is stopping their deliverability. Is anyone having trouble sending to WH/Obama with LO?0

Not sure how new the reported feature is, but my organization did an alert targeting the President earlier in November and had no delivery problems at all.

Hi Jesse,
The only failures I'm seeing are from international addresses. LO uses the "organization" contact form, which may be making a difference? https://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/organization

It seems like more than half of the Senate is undeliverable right now. That seems high.0
