Integration missing from account dropdown

How do I add the integration selection in the account dropdown for a coworker that is responsible for creating and sending emails? When he opens the account dropdown the only selection missing is integration.

  • Debbie, since integration options affect the entire system, only RE users with "Supervisor rights" in RE Security have access to modify those settings.
  • That is unfortunate. I thought I solved the issue of using queries to select specific addressee and salutation types for email personalization instead of creating email salutation/addressee types. I do not feel comfortable granting staff supervisor rights in Raiser’s Edge to map salutations for personalizing emails.
