Hi, does anyone know of developer resources for online express. I'm in Northern VA. Thanks

Options
New to OLX and feel like my org needs "designed" elements and images to drag and drop or cut and paste into the template. I don't have the capabaility within my team to do this design, but do have creative resources I could draw on. They have suggested working with a developer to come up with a template for future use. Want to achieve a consistent branded look.

Anyone have similar situation or know of resources in D.C. Metro who know OLX?

Thanks!

  • Hi Leslie. You're referring to email design, right? Are you looking for help figuring out what your emails should look like? Or do you already have an email design in mind and just need help to make that design "come to life" in Online Express?

You won't need to work with a web developer to get your emails properly designed for and built in Online Express. It's all drag and drop and you never have to see or work with any HTML. Once you have created one email whose overall look and feel you'd like to reuse, you can simply choose that email as the starting point in the future when creating new emails (and then just swap out the text and images that you need to).

Let me know if this didn't fully answer your questions or if I can clarify any area.
  • Hi Chris, Thanks so much for your reply and yes, I'm referring to email design. We are both figuring out what our emails should look like and need help making that design come to life in OLX.

I have creative resources within my company who can create designed/branded elements for me that can be dragged and dropped into OLX. I first attempted to do this myself, but felt it was looking "homemade." Of course, want to achieve a professional look.

Examples of finished products would be helpful if you can point me in that direction. I do plan to reuse my template with simple updates like colors, swapping images, etc.
  • We can certainly help with all aspects of email design (creative, strategy, segmentation, timing/planning, and even build & delivery). I'll reach out to you offline to put you in touch with the right person and you can decide whether it makes sense to pursue.

Our design folks could show you some samples of email work they've done for other organizations.
