Registration button missing, event form narrow column

After the update the other day our event form became a single column and the registration button is gone. It worked wonderfully on Monday and my preview still shows how it's supposed to look and function.

This event is live and traffic is being directed to the site so this is an urgent problem.

Hi Nike,

We are trying to investigate. I did notice that your other event registration forms on your site and other websites look fine:

You may want to try and embed the 2014 Walla Walla Townathlon form on a different page on your site just to help determine if some custom scripting on that specific page is causing issues.

Hi again,

One of our lead engineers Brian found the problem. After you design and embed your form on a page, a lot of code is injected into the page (e.g., HTML, CSS, Javascript).

On this page, someone did the above but then copy-and-pasted the HTML code from another page into this page. They did not put the actual embed script code into the page which must happen.

To fix, you will have to remove the bad HTML someone pasted into the page and use the form's actual embed script which you can find under the "That's it" tab in Online Express.
