Integration option for using Raiser's Edge Primary Addressee and Primary Salution system fields

How do you select the Raiser’s Edge system field for Primary Addressee and Primary Salutation to customize emails? When updating Addressee/Salutation Integration option, I set the Primary Addressee for Social Addressee & Primary Salutation for Social Salutation (both user defined) but there is not an option available for Primary Addressee and Primary Salutation from Raiser’s Edge configuration field list.

Hi Debbie. In the integration options menu, you should be able to map the BBOX primary/secondary/tertiary addressee and salutation fields to those in your RE database. You can then use those fields in email marketing messages.

Thank you for your quick response. The issue is the only selections available for addressee/salutation types are user defined. There is no listing available for Raiser's Edge system fields Primary Addressee and Primary Salutation.

Hi Debbie. It looks like there is a bug that is only letting you select the primary add/sal in the first set of add/sal integration options in BBOX - like in my screenshot above. We are looking into the issue now and hope to have a fix asap, they should be available for all three sets.

Are you able to add the primary addressee and salutation to the first set of add/sal integration options, like the screenshot I shared above?
