Is there an easy way to delete hard bounced e-mail from RE all at once?

    Hi Madeline, thanks for posting! Once an email address hard bounces, BBOX will not email to that address again, even if it's still on the record in RE. That said, I understand why it would still be important to delete that bad email address from RE.



    Today, the easiest way to delete that data from RE is to use the "Unusable emails" button in Online Express, then update each email address from there individually.



    I think adding a bulk delete feature is a great idea though, so I'll convert this topic to an idea. Other customers interested in this idea and future Discovery around it are encouraged to "+1" this submission.
