Transactions from organizations - linked but still error message

When processing a transaction and everything is linked ok I keep getting an error message "Field not found: Blackbaud.onlineExpress.Transaction.models.registrationInformation.phone number"

i called Blackbaud and they are looking into it - after sharing my screen and re-creating the problem...will keep you posted
