How can to mark event form inactive until ready to use?

Hi Jessica. Forms can be deleted/deactivated based on their transaction history. If a form has never generated a transaction, it can be safely deleted. Once a form has generated a transaction however, it can be deactivated.



There isn't a way to temporarily close an event before it starts, however you may be able to accomplish what you need by limiting the capacity to 1 (assuming you have a test registration in there already), and changing the language to "This event is not yet available". When the event is open to register, you could then adjust or remove the capacity restriction. You can find this setting on the "Extras" tab of event setup.
