This just happened to me as well. I sent the message yesterday around 3:30 and it is still saying The message is on the way...



Is the dashboard just not refressing or did the message not send?



We are going to be sending another email this afternoon, so I just want to make sure everything is working correctly.

Hi Alison. The team is actively looking into this issue. The good news is that messages are being sent, however the status report that should return isn't working properly so the dashboard isn't updating. There should be no data loss and as I said, messages should be going out - you just may not be able to see the data until the issue is resolved. I apologize for the inconvenience!
