Test E-mail Not Received

How long should it take to receive my test e-mail? I've tried sending a test twice and still have not received the message after more than an hour.

    Hi Lars, test emails should go out relatively quickly, if it's been longer than 30 minutes I would say it's worth starting a support case using the chat support. Did the emails end up arriving?

    My test email is not sending. I sent a test email last night and again this morning and they did not go through.

    Our emails are also not coming through Matt. We've double checked all of the Spam filtering as well and nothing is appearing.

    Thanks for the follow up. We are looking into it right now. I'll update when I have more info.
  • We are not receiving them either. Tried twice
  • This issue is now resolved. Our release this week introduced a bug that prevented test emails from sending immediately. We have since resolved this and all new test emails should send promptly. Also, previous test emails that were "stuck" should all be sent within the hour as well.
