Transition to OLX from NetCommunity - saving data?

Our organization will be making the switch from NetCommunity to Online Express soon, and I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions about how to save information from NetCommunity Emails before it disappears? I especially want to save the previews of the email messages so we can remember what our appeals looked like in the past. My only thought now is that I will have to take a screen shot or use the snipping tool to save an image of each individual message.



Number sent, open rates, history of emails sent to constituents, etc. would also be nice to keep, but I don't see any exporting options to do this, so I think I'd have to go through each message to save that info, too...which would probably be more work than it's worth.



Organizations who already made the switch, did you save any of the data before the switch or just let it disappear? Anything you wish you would have saved?
