Hi Monica. Online Express creates a code snippet of the form itself to put on your website. Kinda like a YouTube video that is embedded on a webpage. That means you can add whatever media you would like all around your form directly on your website. Menu at the top, pictures, sidebars, etc.

I agree with Monica that this would be a very useful option.

I have a client that was (and still is) using NetSolutions - it's a diocesan organization - so in NetSolutions the appeal pull-down allows designation to one of 105 different parishes. Because this is not a feature of OLX and separate pages are going to be built when this client goes to OLX soon, we were hoping to further enhance the donors experience when visiting the donation page of their parish - to have a picture of the parish or priest.

There is one website, with a list of parishes to donate toward - and then the redirect hits those separate OLX donation pages.

Would be very useful if this functionality was added.

Hi Matt. Remember that Online Express creates embeddable forms on existing web pages. That means you can add any pictures you'd like all around the form! Each page can have it's own set of images and page-specific content, with the form embedded wherever you see fit!

Hi Matt,

Just to jump on to this question, is there a way to hide content above the donation form on a Wordpress page with an OLX form on it?

We use this KB solution with Spark right now (https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Art...) and I would ideally like ot do the same with OLX.

One of the benefits of Online Express is that the code snippet can live on your own web page, so that means that you can add or remove whatever you like above, below, or around the form. You wouldn't need to use a CSS trick like the KB article above.

So then what happens after the donor hits submit on the donation page? If I understand correctly, they stay on the same page. Ideally, what I'd like is to have the donor see a "Donate Now" type banner above the donation form (see https://giving.effecthope.org/donate) and a "Thank You" version of the same banner after the click on submit. The KB solution I quoted allows for this to happen in Spark.

Ahh I see what you are looking for Jennifer, sorry I misunderstood. You are right that the form does stay on the same page. You can certainly customize the content of the form after it has been completed on the "Thank yous" step of the form setup. I'm not sure of any way to modify the content of the page however. There may be some cool javascript that can be added to detect when the form changes, but I'm far from a js expert so I could be wrong!
