International donors are currently unable to make online gifts due to the "state" field being obligatory. Is there a way to either make that field optional or to allow people to opt-in to an international format?

    Hi Peter. When users change the country selection, the fields will change as well, I believe as defined in RE. You can make sure the right countries are enabled by visiting your Integration options from the account menu.
