When creating an email, is there a way to make it look mobile-friendly? My boss tried it on her Blackberry and said it didn't turn out great. Thanks!

    Hi Carolyn. Emails in Online Express are automatically tested against the most popular email clients, including mobile. The emails are responsive; multiple columns will collapse into a single column, etc.



    Unfortunately, every device renders emails a little differently, and Blackberry happens to hold only a very small sliver of the market share.
