Participant Goal Tracking

Hi Everyone,



We're trying to add a few layers of complexity to our participant stewardship plan this year, and one such layer is reaching out to participants who have changed their goals.



1) is anyone familiar with a report and/or tool to monitor this?

2) failing that, does the 'personal page last updated' field encompass something like a goal change, or is this only for edits to the page itself?

  • It sounds like if you could get the Services team to add a custom interaction for you each time a participant's goal changes that would be ideal. Having a daily report of participant's and their fundraising goal to then manually check for differences and over a period of time seems unrealistic time-wise. I would check into a custom interaction route from which you could query and get groups for that you can use to communicate with them.



    But what I do know is the personal page last updated date is strictly for edits to the page itself (or just hitting save from the personal page tab in the participant center).



    This would be good information to have so you might want to throw it on to the "ideas" board in hopes that one day it would be part of the product.

    Sorry for missing your reply, and thanks for confirming details around the personal page last updated field.



    We explored the custom interaction route internally, and couldn't quite rig it.



    For now, we're only running the outreach monthly, so, I'm comfortable sticking with the manual route but will take this to 'ideas'.
