We are very excited to announce that we have entered the beta testing stage for our brand new Knowledgebase!



What’s new and exciting about Knowledgebase?



-No more login! You no longer have to log in to www.blackbaud.com to search for answers.

-Knowledgebase now includes product documentation and YouTube videos in addition to articles.

-Knowledgebase is now powered with better search capabilities – use keywords, phrases, filters and search suggestions you as type.



We’d like to invite you to test the new Knowledgebase and share your feedback. Are you ready to check it out? It’s easy as pie!
  1. Go to our new Knowledgebase Preview Page: https://www.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/kbpreview.aspx
  2. Click the Knowledgebase Help button for instructions, tips and tricks.
  3. Click the Knowledgebase Preview button.
  4. Click the Knowledgebase Survey button to let us know what you think. Your feedback is important so take the survey as often as you’d like. We review all feedback so we know where to improve.

    This sounds very exciting. Do you still need participants for the testing process. I participated in one other beta test and would love to do one again.

    Absolutely, we want you to be part of the testing process! Follow these steps when you have some time and fill out our survey.



    1) Go to https://www.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/kbpreview.aspx

    2) Follow the steps on the page:

    • Step 1 has tips and tricks for the new knowledgebase.
    • Step 2 takes you right to the preview portion (our favorite part!).
    • Step 3 is our survey which you can take as many times as you'd like.
    The survey is what we're looking for and we want your honest feedback, Jodi! You can take the survey as many times as you'd like. Your feedback will help us shape the new Knowledgebase. If you have any questions, please let me know! smiley
