Hi! If you track or record your Prospect Research requests in RE, where do you enter this data on the record?

Hi Teresa - we have a prospect tab but so far we haven't used it. I was just making notes on the note tab of any information regarding prospects. We are just beginning to get more involved with Researchers Point and obtaining that info which links to the RE record I believe.

We use an action to mark records we want to research, so it can show up as a reminder for the person assigned to research the prospect.

We use the prospect tab to track the research and along with it use the actions tab.

We use Actions, have an Action default set up for Research Request-Open and Closed. We use Solicitor to track who the research is assigned to and use Action Attributes to track who requested it, what type of research/profile, and how long it took to research so we can pull metrics on it. We also link this data to a Dashboard so everyone can see what is in the research queue and what's been completed recently.
